Our company, dedicated to the distribution, sales, installation, maintenance, and repair of meteorological and environmental instrumentation, has defined its Quality and Environment Policy based on four fundamental pillars established by the management team:
- Continuously improve the effectiveness of the implemented Quality and Environment System by establishing rigorous objectives and indicators that are reviewed periodically.
- Achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction
- Environmental commitment in favor of sustainability
- Efficiency and professionalization of the operations and processes that make up DILUS INSTRUMENTACIÓN Y SISTEMAS SA
This will be achieved through the continuous improvement of quality and environmental commitment in our services by pursuing the following objectives:
- Meet the requirements specified by our customers and other stakeholders—especially by complying with current legislation and regulations regarding quality and the environment, as well as any other requirements the organization may subscribe to, related to its environmental aspects.
- Detect and correct our errors to prevent their occurrence, thereby achieving a level of excellence in our work.
- Report any issues we detect, suggesting and implementing improvements to prevent their recurrence.
- Apply evaluation and analysis mechanisms that guide subsequent corrections and innovations.
- Identify, assess, and monitor our environmental aspects.
- Ensure the continuous integrity of our company’s administrative and financial system.
- Implement the necessary technical and human resources to optimize our workplaces.
- Raise awareness among our staff—as well as third parties or subcontractors working at our facilities and all stakeholders—in regard to this policy and the commitments assumed by the company.
- Promote recycling and the proper use of natural resources among the staff of DILUS INSTRUMENTACIÓN Y SISTEMAS SA and third parties working at our facilities.
